At Ergon Bike, we are committed to your cycling comfort and performance. If your ergonomic components are not the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original Ergon packaging, ensuring all manuals and adjustment tools are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
