How do I determine the correct size for grips and saddles?
We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on each product page. For grips, measure your hand circumference; for saddles, we recommend measuring your sit bone width to ensure optimal ergonomic support.
What is your return policy for cycling accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used saddles or apparel cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do Ergon Bike products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Ergon products are covered by a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from crashes.
